Raed Saber
Elaydi
I write about failure, attention, and the long practice of becoming who you need to be. I'm the author of the Best You Can Trilogy and Startup Anarchist, a management scholar, and — for nearly thirty years — a coach to the people who carry the hardest decisions.
A catalog about failure, founding, and attention.

Anarchist
Published by RAED Press, the independent press I founded in Albuquerque. Ten works, one design law, publishing in sequence.
Three books, in order: the resume, the practice, the recognition. Each one is a way of turning what went wrong into the material you grow from.
A long attention to how people grow through what goes wrong.
Raed Saber Elaydi, PhD, is a management scholar and executive coach. For nearly three decades he has advised CEOs, founders, and senior leaders on the moments that don't go to plan.
The Best You Can Trilogy was written across twelve years out of that classroom and advisory work — a practice for keeping a record of your failures on purpose, and letting them revise who you become. Startup Anarchist turns the same attention on how we organize power at all.
He founded RAED Press to publish the work, and offers his counsel to leaders directly through Elaydi Consulting. He lives in Albuquerque, New Mexico.

Coaching & advisory
Executive coaching and counsel for leaders carrying real consequence — the same attention that's in the books, held to over time.
Elaydi Consulting →Speaking
Keynotes and talks for conferences, offsites, and boards — on failure as material, attention as discipline, and becoming all-ready.
Book a talk →One note when the first book arrives.
No noise — a note when there's a chapter to read, and when the trilogy opens on September 16. Nothing else.
